Reflecting on Our First Annual Rekindling the Village Festival
As we look back on our first annual Rekindling the Village Festival, our hearts are full. Over the course of the gathering, 111 beautiful souls came together to heal, learn, honor, and play in community. The energy was palpable—a weaving of connection, joy, and intention. It was a success not only in numbers but in spirit, and we are deeply grateful for the momentum it has sparked.
That momentum now carries us forward into the fall season as we prepare for our next gathering: the Harvest Equinox Gathering, September 20–21. Just as the natural world shifts around us, our community continues to grow—rooted in togetherness, in the courage to heal, and in the belief that the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible comes alive when we walk this path side by side.
This season reminds us of life’s cycles. The vibrant colors of autumn leaves inspire awe and gratitude for the beauty around us. As those same leaves fall, they teach us the power of release. We are invited to let go of what no longer serves us—honoring its time and place—so it may transform into something new that sustains us through fall and winter, until spring brings new life again.
We look forward to gathering at the Fall Equinox: to nurture our village, to deepen bonds with those already beside us, and to welcome the kindred spirits who are on their way.
We are grateful. We are blessed. And we are excited for all that is yet to come.
With love,
The Rekindlers
