We are extremely excited to have Alexander as a part of the Rekindling the Village Festival on July 11-13. The wisdom he has to impart and the passion he has to share will undoubtedly spark heart-centred and soul-filling conversations!

Alexander Fraser’s work is at the intersection of community and ecology. After completing a Stewards of Irreplaceable Lands (S.O.I.L.) apprenticeship in 2013, he went on to complete a diploma in Landscape Architecture and co-lead the Aspen Centre for Integral Living permaculture education non-profit for 5 years where he coordinated hands-on community educational opportunities and the Northern Alberta Permaculture Convergence. Since then, he has been exploring plant based ontologies through his study at the Orphan Wisdom School and developing his homestead with his partner Kaleigh Boyce in the wilds of the Tawatina valley.
