Nina Peters, the founder of Nourishing Peace, is dedicated to creating a secure environment for profound self-exploration and growth. Her journey began with her personal experiences navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, and a lack of self-awareness. These challenges led her to the transformative power of breathwork, meditation, yoga, frequencies, stillness, and mindful connection.

As a lifelong learner, Nina's perspective has been enriched by her experiences and the insightful individuals she has encountered. She is particularly grateful to her inspiring teachers, who thoughtfully designed classes and workshops filled with deep, interconnected wisdom that significantly improved her life. Witnessing the profound impact of this work in her own life, Nina is passionate about sharing these tools with others.
