Did someone say GOAT CHEESE? We are blessed to add yet another special presenter to our Festival! Adam is even bringing his own milking goats!

Adam went to the U of A for Genetics & Organic Chemistry. He got into the trades, and strived to become a well rounded jack of all trades with a focus on woodworking. In 2015, Adam became aware of some political and cultural corruption and the lack of food sovereignty and security in our society. Since then he has made it his mission to feed as many babies as possible. He expects an imminent global famine that he sees as inevitable.

Adam's presentations will be a guided walk through the ditches or bush where he will demonstrate guerrilla grazing. During the walk, he will go over the maintenance and care of a herd (with varied context so people can plan how they could build a herd in their context), various hard lessons he has learned, and then a question and answer session as the walk wraps up.

He will then demonstrate how to milk a dairy goat, how to handle the milk, and how to prepare and preserve various dairy products.
